MAKE-UP ARTIST
With her vivid eye for color and detail she has been able to create a wide variety of looks with her makeup designs. Denise's passion for make-up artistry started long before she got the chance to actually pursue it. Raised in the Bay Area with two older sisters, her quote as a teenager was "your lips could never be too red." She decided to move to Las Vegas in the year 2000. Working in a night club she met friends who loved her make-up that’s when she found her chance to apply it on anyone she could get her hands on; Go Go Dancers, Cocktail waitress and Models were her clientele. She knew she found her calling and true passion. Denise moved back to the Bay Area and worked for MAC and Laura Mercier, where she began to learn technique, color theory, her own artistic abilities and strengths. Starting as a Freelance Artist at the MAC store in Santa Clara CA., she moved up to third key manager and received prestigious MAC certification during her employment.With 10 years in the beauty industry Denise has worked with every skin color and skin type imaginable. She is currently a MAC Pro and Temptu Pro member. Denise attends master classes and bridal expos continuously, dedicating herself to perfecting her craft and keeping up with all the lasts trends. Denise prides herself on being a Beauty Society Artist and Sales Rep. She continues to freelance and specializes in bridal Makeup, however, after working in Vegas for 3 years she has mastered the dramatic and Smokey eye to perfection.
